Lawyer Lê Mai Lộc is the founder and CEO of Biglaw LH.

With nearly 20 years in practice, she has accumulated valuable experience and a broad understanding of many legal fields. Combining deep legal knowledge with strategic vision, she develops creative legal solutions to help businesses grow sustainably.

She has strong expertise in corporate and civil law, restructuring, investment, mergers and acquisitions, labour, real estate, architecture, renewable energy, interiors, mineral extraction and dispute resolution.

She has served as Head or Director of Legal, advising on and resolving day-to-day legal issues for major Vietnamese businesses and groups and foreign joint ventures with large projects. These include Bảo Tín Minh Châu, Saigon–Hanoi Fund Management, Phú Minh Sơn Group, Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company No. 1 – Pharbaco, and Đạt Phương Group.
